Kiobi Vacuum

\Kiobi is a concept for a hand held vacuum cleaner, thats inspired by insects and bugs.
the main body is draws it's shape from the wings of a beetle, while the dustbin's shape is cited from a bumblebee.
Air vents are cut out of the
bottom of the main body in a
honey cone pattern.
Various sketches from the design process, mainly focusing on the shape of the main body and its curve around the intake.
Looking at various insects, trying to take their distinct features and incorpurating them into the design language while also looking at products and sculptures that resemble other organic shapes. One of the main inspirations was the wings of flying insects.
